Mark Burkhart
Managing Principal

Mark is the former CEO of Cassidy Turley and has been in the real estate business for over 41 years. He transformed the local, St. Louis-based real estate firm called Turley Martin into a large, national firm with offices in virtually every major city in the United States. Cassidy Turley was ultimately sold and then merged into what is now Cushman and Wakefield. 

Mark has worked with many of the leading corporate and institutional clients on some of the most significant properties in the country.

Paul Hilton
Managing Principal

Paul has been in the real estate business for over 34 years. For the last 26 years Paul was a capital markets specialist with Turley Martin through its evolution to Cushman and Wakefield. Paul has consulted with many of the major owners of real estate across the United States on portfolio strategy, including acquisition, disposition, financing and valuation of their properties. Paul’s career transactions total over $8 billion. Some of Paul’s clients include:

Dean Mueller, CCIM, CPM®, RPA
Managing Principal

Dean has been in the commerical real estate business for 40 years and was most recently with Cushman and Wakefield. He has held numerous leadership roles including overseeing the St Louis office as well as numerous national leadership roles with Cushman & Wakefield. In his career, Dean has focused on working with investor clients in helping them acquire, manage, lease, and sell investment properties. He has numerous relationships with local, regional, and national investors. 

Lisa Hilton
Operations Manager

Lisa has had a diverse work experience. Starting her career as an actuary, she transitioned to financial management of a small, private corporation. She has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector and is passionate about the arts in St. Louis. At BurkHill she is responsible for managing the financial aspects of the firm.

Brett Burkhart
Financial Analyst

Brett is responsible for financial reporting, cash flow analysis, modeling and due diligence for new potential investments as well as property-level reporting. Additionally, Brett maintains the BurkHill website as well as the company network and databases. 

Pat Burkhart
Marketing Manager

Pat has over 34 years of experience in wholesaling, marketing and account management in the financial services industry. Pat was responsible for developing relationships for some of the largest financial services firms in the country. Additionally, she oversaw the implementation of strategic marketing plans at Edward Jones and Wells Fargo Advisors. At BurkHill, Pat is responsible for the marketing aspect of the company.
